Singapore Airlines is making the most of the renowned chefs serving on its international culinary panel, which advises on in-flight meals across all classes...

A cookbook features five recipes from each of the panel's eight chefs, including Australia's Matt Moran and cantankerous Briton Gordon Ramsay.

Sheep farmers will be happy to hear Moran promotes Aussie lamb with his recipe for lamb loin with salsa verde, Lyonnaise onion, aioli and crispy bacon. Two recent panel retirees - San Francisco's Nancy Oakes and Hong Kong abalone specialist Yeung Koon Yat - also contribute. The $S68 ($56) book, which weighs almost a kilogram, is available from Changi Airport book shops and newsagents, and from http://www.krisshop.com/ - there's free international delivery on orders placed this year.
