Kristen Wiig has listed her Soho loft for $2.6 million. The actress and comedian, famous for her starring role in Bridesmaids, is taking real estate as no laughing matter: she snapped up the two-bedroom property on 476 Broadway for $1.5 million in 2009 from Mad Men director Alan Taylor, reports Curbed, before deciding to part with the co-op.
