The actor and comedian recently sold his Caribbean getaway, after purchasing it in 2008, but now the part-time Grammy award-winning banjo player has put another property up on the market - one that he has owned for even longer.
Martin has lived in the home on Romero Canyon Road for approximately 20 years, but is now preparing to part with it. The contemporary property sits on a 5.86-acre plot, with a striking concrete build (complete with cylinders and bunker-style walls) that contrasts with the landscape around it.
The four-bedroom property, which also boasts 5.5 baths "with dramatic proportions" and a one-bath guest house (not to mention a three-car garage), is being listed with Sotheby's International Realty. It is designed by Roland E. Coate, Jr., according to its listing, which also highlights its sweeping views of the ocean, islands and mountains.
The asking price is $10.99 million.
