Mind-bending: audi builds upside down city for car exhibition
The pavilion, which was erected as part of the world’s biggest auto show, was one of a string of ambitious developments designed to catch buyers’ attention and encourage sales. Audi, though, stole the show with their design, which recalls the folding Paris seen on the big screen in Christopher Nolan’s Inception.
The impossible city included trees hanging from above, a mirrored ceiling, fake skyscrapers and – of course, cars.
