Australian property giant enters commercial market

Australian property giant Domain has entered the commercial property market, which is considers to have strong growth opportunities.

Realestatecom.au has a new sub-domain: CommercialRealEstate.com.au, which has been launched by many months of consultation.

The group's CEO, Antony Catalano, says the sector will be pursued "aggressively" by the company, reports Property Portal watch.

"We have been working with the commercial real estate industry for over 12 months in response to very strong feedback that commercial agents and their clients have been poorly served.

"We see commercial real estate as a growth area for the Domain Group, and we will be making further announcements in the New Year."
