NuBricks.com has recently reported that a new golf resort is being created in the region, which will include an 18-hole course, hotel, villas and local amenities.

A spokesperson for NuBricks, commented: “Properties affiliated with the complex are likely to be in high demand, which suggest that prices will be fairly high. This will generate extra interest in buying property in the region as a whole, which could possibly push up house prices in the vicinity.

"Turkey has not only caught the eye of local golfers but property market investors as well, and it will be interesting to monitor the demand for golf property around Bodrum as soon as the final plans for the resort are made public.
