Czech property prices on point
Czech's property market is on point this year, as prices near their 2010 level.
Prices edged up 1 per cent in the second quarter of 2015 compared to the first three months of the year, taking annual growth to 5.6 per cent. Prague lagged behind the market pace, with growth of 0.6 per cent, behind Brno's 2 per cent quarter-on-quarter gains.
House prices enjoyed a lower annual growth of 3.3 per cent, with interest particularly strong in eco-friendly houses in Prague and Brno.
