Germans ‘flying high’ over bulgaria

German investors looking into Bulgaria have a new reason to be cheerful…

Low-cost carrier Germanwings announced the launch of bargain flights from the Cologne/Bonn and Berlin/Schoenefeld airports in Germany to Burgas and Varna airports in Bulgaria. The first flights will be conducted in the beginning of May this year.

A spokesperson for Germanwings explained: "Flights from Burgas to Cologne-Bonn and back will be serviced on Tuesdays and Sundays, while flights between Burgas and Berlin/Schoenefeld will be carried out on Wednesdays and Sundays. Flights between Varna and the two German airports will be conducted on Saturdays".

Mr King added: "Despite a strengthening Euro, the country is becoming more and more affluent. Centrally located off-plan property is especially popular, due to its prestigious location and individuality".
