As Will's unconventional little helper finds his way around Manhattan, he ends up going up the Empire State Building to his dad's office and to now-defunct department store Gimbels. But pride of property place goes to his father's apartment at 55 Central Park West.
Overlooking the city's iconic green landmark, it is a typical example of Manhattan's priciest accommodation - and, in terms of cinematic importance, also starred in 1984's Ghostbusters. Combined, they add up to make an impressive postcode that has investors jingling their bells not just at Christmas, but all year round.
