In pictures: zaha hadid’s luxury yacht

How do you follow up the Tokyo Olympic Stadium and London 2012’s Aquatics Centre? Award-winning architect Zaha Hadid has two words: super yacht.

Ms. Hadid collaborated with Hamburg-based shipbuilder Blohm Voss to design a master prototype for the boat, which will be developed into five separate models. Pictures of the first yacht, Jazz, have been released. The 295-foot boat will boast Zaha’s signature curved edges and have an outer shell made of an “interwoven network of support bands”, explains the New York Times.

On the plus side? It has a futuristic webbed appearance. On the down side? No one can see you sunbathe.
