Hulk hogan's ex slams million-dollar mansion on the market

The villa, which spans a whopping 6,300 square feet, sits on the top of a hill in Los Angeles' Simi Valley. The home, which houses five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, was bought by the wrestler's former partner, Linda.

The couple had starred together on VH1 reality series Hogan Knows Best, which also starred their two kids. After two years of the programme, though, Linda filed for divorce in 2007, around which time their net worth was estimated between $26 million and $32 million.

The proceedings were revealed to have netted the former Mrs. Hogan 70 per cent of the couple's liquid assets, in addition to no less than 40 per cent his companies. She also snapped up this Tuscan-style villa, which sits on a 24-acre plot. The price paid? $3.5 million.

Linda's estate certainly wrestles its money's worth out of the land: in addition to the home, which contains a dining room large enough for a 13-foot table and a master suite with balcony, there is a private lake, complete with Koi, catfish and turtles, a guest house, and a swimming pool complete with a Jacuzzi and large TV.

Despite the estate including a turret that contains a gym, though, the property's knockout blow is its own vineyard (growing both Sauvignon blanc and Merlot grapes) and an orchard of more than 2,000 avocado trees, which produce a whopping 60,000 pounds of fruit every year.

"I love to walk the dogs around the lake... I can pick a few avocados, oranges or grapes along the way," she tells Yahoo Home, which also revealed the asking price of the estate. How much to live like Hulk Hogan's former other half? $5.5 million.
