Lady Gaga is officially becoming a California girl, after snapping up her first piece of property in the state.

The singing superstar has never been one to shy away from grand gestures and her Malibu compound is no exception, reports TMZ, boasting everything from bedrooms, bathrooms a swimming pool and a gym, plus a wine cellar and six princely acres of land. The price for the whole kit and kaboodle? A whopping $24 million.

The 10,270 square-foot Malibu house was put on the market by Dan ROmanelli, founder of Warner Bros' Consumers Products Diviions. His tastes are as high-end as Gaga's with rooms "tastefully appointed by celebrated designer Madeline Stuart", according to the listing, not to mention the two-lane bowling Abbey.

The house sold last month.
