Those with £100,000 should have little difficulty
finding a property in the French region of Brittany, it has been stated...
French property specialist firm VEF said there are many properties
available in the region for this amount, which works out at around £96,400.
Noting that its representatives had met a number of aspiring buyers with this
sort of budget at the London Property Show, the firm stated that
its own list of available properties included a two-bedroom cottage in a hamlet
available at £82,500, a village property that could be extended at £86,000 and
a three-bedroom home for £94,000.

Properties recently identified Brittany as a region likely to be one of the
most popular regions in the country for British buyers this autumn.
It identified factors such as food, the landscape and closeness to Britain as
major elements in its favour.
