Daniel radcliffe: the boy who rented

Daniel Radcliffe, famous for playing boy wizard Harry Potter (aka. The Boy Who Lived) on the big screen, is renting out his apartment in Soho.

The star purchased the 1,843-square-foot pad with two bedrooms and 2.5 baths back in 2007 for $4.29 million, reported The New York Times, but swiftly became The Boy Who Rented in Manhattan. Picking up a second home facing the Hudson River the following year, he listed the original Mercer Street on the rental market. Eight years later and he is still on the look-out for tenants. The price? $19k a month.
