Enough of that. The Victorian property that was co-starred alongside Bill Murray in the comedy movie classic has been listed on the market. The 1895 building boasts eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms, but its key selling point is its brief period of big screen stardom. Indeed, the home is just a few blocks away from Woodystock Square, or, as Bill Murray devotees know it, Punxsutawney, Philadelphia.
In keeping with its movie persona of "The Cherry Street Inn", the home is currently used as a bed and breakfast in real life, notes Curbed, although it could also be converted back into a large family home.
The hosue was last on the market 2008, although for some Groundhog Day fans, it feels like it was only yesterday.
The price for eager Bill Murray fans? $985,000.
