1 in 3 sales of Vancouve homes in 2013 went to Chinese buyers, according to one agency.
33.5 per cent of single-family Vancouver homes sold by Macdonald Realty Ltd., based in British Colombia, went to either recent immigrants or Canadian citizens originating from the Chinese mainland.
