Qatar investment hits record high

Real estate investment in Qatar has hit a record high in June, according to the Land Registry.

The figures, provided to The Peninsula, show that real estate transactions reached over QR3 billion during a single week, driven by huge agreements in Ain Khalid, Dafna and Al Sadd.

Sale agreements totalled QR3,487,887,699 between 28th June and 2nd July, up from QR458,915,218 between 21st June and 27th June.
